Optimum+ (Montreal, Canada based transport company)
is looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated people to be part of our open and friendly team. We are currently working on the Canada market and would love to accept you in our team.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and/or written English;
- Previous experience in this field will represent an advantage;
- Computer skills required (Browser, Email, Skype, Office Applications);
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills;
- High discipline and responsibility, self motivation and persistence;
Customer Service Representative Job Duties::
• Handles customer calls, chats and emails and responds to inquiries in a fast and appropriate manner;
• Attracts potential customers by answering service questions; suggesting information about our products or services.
• Follow up the orders, requests
• Performs various activities related to orders, such as:
- Inputting orders
- Planning and coordinating shipments
- Following up and communicating with Logistics department
- Performing the paperwork
- Problem solving
• Communicates with customers and validates information in order to provide continuous support throughout the handling of the query;
• Occasionally supports coordinators on new products launch process or different improvement projects;
We offer:
-attractive salary + bonuses
Salary 200$ + % (average 500$-800$)
-interesting and stable work in young team of professionals
-working hours
Option 1: 14:30 – 23:30 (1h break)
Option 2: 19:00 – 01:30 (1h break)
