Customer relationship manager

We’re looking for a full-time Customer Relationship Manager to create and long-term relationships with
customers. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services. Our
ideal candidate is passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair

● Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services
● Quick learner;
● Software skills: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint skills are essential. Experience with
Salesforce CRM (or similar) ;
● Fluent English is must


Good to have:
● Fluent Spanish


Responsibilities:
● Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those
relationships
● Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services to guide their choices
● Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better
address those needs
● Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities
● Monitor and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients
● Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business
● Resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally
