The function of this position is to review Customer Requests we receive through online system and take appropriate actions to help customers outs.
We require:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Access, Spreadsheets literate.
- Knowledge of Office Printing equipment / consumable supplies would be a plus.
- Responsibility, politeness, patience.
