The ideal candidate must have:
advanced English language skills – mandatory;
languages like: German / Spanish/ Italian / French / Portuguese / Greek, represent an advantage;
Result orientation, efficiency and accuracy in completing tasks, capable to meet deadlines;
Familiar with all MS Office products (especially excel).
Job description:
The customer care representative is expected to:
Test the most important destinations;
Monitor the specific parameters using the internal tools;
Provide Customer care support and quality management for our services.
Work is organised in shifts
