Responsibilities:
Processing and analysing Call Center statistics
Administrating IVR/ Call Center applications
Administrating various applications used by Mass Market Customer Care agents
Requirements:
University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Knowledge and experience in PL/SQL
Knowledge and experience in Delphi / Borland Developer Studio 2006
Proficiency in Romanian and Russian, English is a plus
Analytical skills
