Qualifications:

Knowledge of logistics;
Strong customer service skills and willingness to learn;
Organizational/planning skills;
Attentiveness to detail;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively.

Responsibilities:
1. To check email that Section Manager will assign

Respond to the clients emails in accordance with SCRIPT as quickly as possible

2. To check Missed Calls / Messages

To call back all clients who called outside the work shift or when you were on a line with another clients
Respond to the clients messages in accordance with SCRIPT as quickly as possible

3. Perform tasks in the full compliance with instructions received
