Solar Graphic Designs has an opening for a Customer Service Representative.

The job entails the following:
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggest information about other products and services.
• Provide support to our sales staff.
• Enter customer orders accurately and expeditiously in computer system.
• Correspond with customers and sales staff regarding the status of their respective orders.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determine the cause of the problems; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Make initial contacts with customers who have past due account balances.
• Provide support to accounting department as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
• Prior experience in this position a plus.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Must be detailed oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Must be capable of learning quickly and possess good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment a must.
