Duty station: Colombia (training), NIS

Qualifications:

-University degree in economics or finance related fields;
-Experience in database development;
-Strong data analysis and skills (Advanced Excel);
-Creativity for providing strategic solutions;
-Strong leadership skills and readiness to assume great responsibility;
-Fluency in English;
-Good command of Romanian preferable; Knowledge of Spanish language is an asset;
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently and as part of a team;
-Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under time pressure;
-Availability and willingness to work in Colombia.

Main duties:

-Assist in the development, introduction and maintenance of credit scoring systems;
-Analyze data;
-Present company products to potential clients;
-Develop company strategic solutions;
-Assist in the automation of the credit process and quantitative financial analysis processes.
