HR-Consulting company (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, an advertising agency (more than 5 years on Moldovan market), is seeking candidates for the following open position:
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Position Summary:
The Creative Director is responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality creative work for Agency clients by providing leadership and creative direction to other creative staff, and for representing the agency’s creative viewpoint during ad production.
Key Accountabilities:
* Consults with other Agency departments to gather information about a product or service to determine style and visual expression for advertising
* Recommends, selects, and supervises photographers and illustrators for print advertising, directors and production companies for television shoots, and models and locations for photo shoots
* Works with writers and art directors on creative for print, TV and radio ads for all assigned accounts
* Presents layouts and storyboards to Group Creative Director and clients for approval
* Supervises and evaluates the creative work completed by the junior teams under his/her supervision
* Provides creative direction to production staff
* Attends and participates in television, radio, and print shoots by representing Agency interests and creative viewpoint and insuring quality standards are met
* Keeps abreast of trends, talent, competitive advertising and target mindset
* Plans, directs, supervises, and coordinates work activities of subordinates and handles all personnel requirements for immediate staff including training and development
Education and Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
* Seven or more years related experience required
* Extensive, proven experience using Creative computer software and hardware
