Dear Sirs! Our client, International original pharma company is looking for Country Division Head
Job Description:
• Managing territory through business development & sales.
Implement strategies & plans to achieve target sales & business growth.
Preparing sales & promotional plan & handling distributor for territories assigned.
• Manage operating expenses within agreed budgets through effective monitoring and reporting systems. Ensure that expenditure does not exceed agreed budgets
• Recruiting & training of team.To ensure outstanding personal and team knowledge, and understanding of the company priority products, technical information, product strategy, positioning, key messages and programs
• To implement with excellence the sales and marketing campaigns adhering to the relevant Codes of Practice/regulations
Candidate's profile
Academic Background
• Higher medical or pharmaceutical education;
• Special education (marketing, economics) will be an advantage;
Professional Background
• Proven, successful selling track record, 3-5 years in Pharma environment
Languages
• Fluent English
Key Competencies
• Knowledge of regional pharma market;
• Proven ability to analyse complex policy issues and to prepare thoughtful analytical papers and recommendations for action in English at a professional level. Capacity to lead a team, under pressure and working to tight deadlines on short- and long-term projects. An outcomes-driven orientation and a proven record of success.
• Strategic vision and good anticipatory skills, based on experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse interdisciplinary teams including project management and consensus building skills; experience in selecting, coaching, developing and appraising staff; creating an environment conducive to teamwork, innovation and open communication.
• Strong diplomatic skills.
• Proven communication and networking skills
• Advanced PC-user;
• Readiness to business trips.
