Counselor / Advisor

Chisinau Airport is looking for an outstanding qualified candidate with good experience and high sense of diplomacy to fulfill the Counselor/Advisor position

The responsibilities:
- Provide high level professional advice to the Chisinau Airport Managing Director
- Assist in establishing and maintaining effective cooperation with relevant bodies
- Recommend and implement appropriate action plans to ensure that Chisinau Airport takes a proactive approach to issues management
- Analyze financial statement (outcome, outputs) and other relevant reports and documents on a regular basis for the possible risk factors identification
- Conduct an analysis of the program management and partnership strategy, as well as the cross-cutting matters
- Identification of new development opportunities of Chisinau Airport
- Support company internal communications

Requirements:
- Higher education (MBA is a plus)
- 10+ years of working experience and experience in collaborating with officials
- Fluency in Romanian, Russian, English or other foreign languages
- Computer literacy
- Strong report writing, analytical, presentation and problem solving skills
- Excellent planning, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and a high sense of responsibility
- Leadership, organizational and teamwork skills
- Flexibility, strong work ethics, accepts responsibility for actions, adaptable and work under pressure
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines is desirable
- Motivation and ability to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment
