Costumer support agents

American based agency of searching young talents affiliate IQ Labs, is hiring staff for the position of costumer support agents.

Responsibilities:
- provide service to existing members of the project
- propose participation in new different projects
- maintain client files electronically
- be able to persuade costumers to deal with company in long term outlook

Requirements:
- able and willing to work at a night shift 17:00/18:00 – 01:00/02:00, 5 working days week
- responsible and accurate in working process
- excellent communicative skill
- strong level of English (both verbal and written)
- computer literate, user skills with PC, Internet, software application
- customer service oriented
- interested in long-term employment
- enjoy working in dynamic changing environment
- university degree nor required but a big plus
