Sales Manager
We are looking for a professional Sales Manager to arrange deals and negotiation processes on IT market, to attract new and to keep actual customers. We expect our potential employee to be a competent, target driven, communicative, honest and responsible person.
Responsibilities:
- Sales of IT solutions to the leading companies of Moldova;
- Finding and attracting potential partners for cooperation (dealers, big companies);
- Performing of sales targets;
- Negotiations, presentations to potential buyers, partners;
- Organization of the sales process, from the "cold call" to the closing of the transaction;
- Conclusion of contracts / government contracts and monitoring of their implementation;
- Analysis, planning, reporting progress.
- Maintenance of the customer base, negotiation with customers, drawing up of business proposals and contracts;
- Transaction support, payment control and products shipping.
Requirements to candidates:
- Superior studies in IT or Economics
- Knowledge in IT;
- High communicative skills, experience in working with clients;
- Knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English Languages;
- Competent speech;
- Presentable appearance;
- Ability to make contacts rapidly with new people
- Initiative and ability to work independently;
- Advanced PC user;
- Experience of work in IT field as an advantage
Personal skills:
- Resistance to stress, communicability, high level of self-manage, target oriented, responsibility, proactive.
Conditions:
- Official employment according to Labour Code of RM;
- Full social package;
- Healthy work environment, 8-hour workday, 5 days per week;
