Corporate lawyer

Trans-Oil Group of Companies is looking for a full time position of CORPORATE LAWYER

General description: Being part of Company’s legal department Corporate Lawyer is responsible for legal support of the Company’s business activity

Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice and support to legal issues within the Company
• Analyze and identify legal risks and implications in the area of responsibilities
• Draft, review, negotiate and monitor legal and transactional documents
• Liaise with external legal authorities and / or specialists in the area of responsibilities
• Handle ad hoc assignments
• Keep management abreast of all new laws and regulations that may have implications to the Company
• Representation of the Company in Court System of the Republic of Moldova

To succeed in this role you will have or be proficient in the following:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, preferably – Civil Law, Economic Law;
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a business environment, wide experience in representing of Client’s and / or Company’s interests in a court;
• Good knowledge of contract law, including international law contract management;
• Wide experience in contract negotiating and drafting;
• Strong analytical abilities, good communication and presentation skills;
• Substantial personal responsibility and autonomy;
• Proficient PC user – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook;
• Fluency in Romanian and Russian, good command of English.
