Coordinator

American Travel Company is looking for a coordinator to support operations in Moldova (Chisinau) and Transnistria for tour groups.

Who we are
We are the largest American direct marketer for international travel for Americans over 50 with over 30 offices worldwide and about 300,000 turnaround of travelers per year worldwide.

We are launching a program in Ukraine & Moldova in 2014 and we are looking for a coordinator to book and control quality of services (meals, transfers, museums) for groups of up to 16 American travelers in Chisinau (Moldova). The program starts in March and runs until November. We serve exclusively American travelers.

Working Responsibilities:

Hotel reservations, meals order, coordination of transfers, guides, museums for groups of American Travelers. Solving on-site issues, support in fulfilling additional (individual) requests, creating and supplying travelers with necessary handouts. Being in constant contact with Main office and Trip Leader.
