Consultant

UNAIDS Moldova announces the recruitment of a National Consultant to coordinate the HIV prevalence component for the assessment of the impact of migration on public health throughout all stages from the methodology design to the data analysis stage.
The consultant will work in cooperation with CBS-AXA and under the overall coordination of the TWG functional under the auspices of MoH.
Deliverables:
 Detailed TOR and questionnaires, incorporating feedback of stakeholders
 Interviewers trained
 Data sets for data analysis
Requirements for applicants:
Competencies:
o Population-based surveys
o Monitoring and Evaluation of AIDS programmes
Experience:
o relevant educational background in sociology, epidemiology or related field
o minimum 3 years experience in the field of population-based surveys design and implementation
o Strong team work leadership
o Analytical and report writing skills
Duration of work: November 23 - December 4, 2009.
