UNAIDS Moldova announces the recruitment of 6 thematic consultants to accomplish the evaluation and review of the National Programme on Prevention and Control of HIV/AIDS and STIs 2006-2010.
The main tasks of the Consultants will be to assist thematic Technical Work Groups in carrying out in-depth analyses within the scope of the work identifying opportunities, difficulties and positive aspects of the Programme especially referring to and covering the existing strategies of the National AIDS Programme 2006-2010, will collect data from various organizations and partners, agencies, will review key documentation and propose critical issues to consider in the MTR etc. The deliverables shall include the final draft of the relevant TWG report and all other documentation as described in the TOR of the TWG, attached to the MTR Terms of Reference.
Requirements for applicants:
• Minimum of a Masters in Public Health, Social Sciences, Epidemiology, Demography or Anthropology.
• At least 3 years of experience in Planning and Monitoring
• At least 5 years of work experience of the specific theme in Moldova
• Experience of review of HIV/AIDS Multi-sectoral response is a must.
• Read, write and speak proficient English, Romanian and Russian.
