Consultant to Evaluate the Existing Capacity Needs and Gaps and to Develop the Capacity Building Plan and Curricula for M&E Modules

The Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) Moldova announces the recruitment of consultant to perform the inventory of the existing capacity needs and gaps and to develop the capacity building plan and curricula for Monitoring&Evaluation modules. The objective of this consultancy assignment is to create an inventory of capacity that includes existing needs and gaps, as well as existing capacity building avenues in both formal and non-formal education, and to develop a Capacity Building Strategy and Plan to address the identified needs and the existing and needed inputs.

Requirements for applicants:
• Relevant advanced educational experience from a recognized university;
• Academic background is an asset;
• Experience in capacity needs assessments and curriculum development;
• Knowledge and experience in the national HIV/AIDS response;
• Experience in M&E is an asset;
• Excellent skills in translating materials, and in managing office documentation;
• Good communication skills and excellent report writing skills;
• Romanian and Russian is necessary and English is an additional asset.
