Compliance department staff

American based agency affiliate IQ Labs is hiring staff for positions: Compliance Department Staff.

We are offering positions in the dynamically growing company. We require people with following characteristics and skills:

- age 22 - 30 years
- advanced level of the English language
- full time/8 hours per day, 5 working days week


Objectives for Compliance Department:

- Screen recorded calls for some detailed information and note it.
- Leading the reports in the management informational system.
- Monitoring the agents' work and making sure that the agents communicate with clients properly.
