In a context of transformation and structuring of our Group compensation policy, we are creating a key role in Compensation & Benefits, at the heart of decision-making.
Reporting to our Controlling Department – Audit, Studies & Management Control, you will contribute to building, managing, and evolving the compensation policy of a growing group.
Your mission:
Manage compensation – long term
Monitor and analyze payroll costs through reporting tools currently under development (to be secured and structured by you);
Collect, formalize, and secure compensation practices (fixed, variable, bonuses, benefits);
Centralize and manage bonus calculation rules across all scopes;
Ensure rigorous monthly monitoring and raise alerts in case of discrepancies.
Be a key contributor to decision-making – short term
Participate in the annual compensation review:
- preparation of templates and tools;
- coordination of timelines;
- consistency checks;
- follow-up on the implementation of decisions;
Contribute to the work of the Compensation Committee;
Participate in presentation and feedback meetings.
Deliver high value-added analyses – short term
Conduct internal and external compensation benchmarks;
Analyze internal equity and pay gaps by role and geographic area;
Produce decision-support studies for Management.
Support the evolution of roles – short term
Participate in job evaluation and job mapping;
Ensure consistency between organizational structure, responsibilities, and compensation.
Your profile:
You are comfortable with numbers, rules, and confidentiality requirements;
You enjoy structuring, analyzing, and giving meaning to data;
Background or experience in Finance, Controlling, or Compensation & Benefits;
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and rigor;
Analytical, synthesis, and presentation skills;
Humility, open-mindedness, and team spirit;
Ability to thrive in an international and transforming environment;
French is an asset today and will need to be mastered in the long term.
