Community & Content Manager

We’re looking for a Community & Content Manager to be the bridge between our development team and our growing community of players. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about our games and will be motivated to help build them, talk to players about them, and highlight them across social channels.

About You:
You have the knowledge and skills to understand the developers, the playerbase, and communicate with them in a structured and meaningful way. The job is for someone who understands how development processes work and is eager to continue learning. An engineering or tech-related background (or strong familiarity with UI/UX, editing software, or marketing) is a big plus.

Responsibilities:
- Take care of players and find ways to increase the visibility of our games
- Manage our community across all social channels
- Interact with players, gather feedback, and communicate it effectively to the dev team
- Help test the changes before we release them
- Develop an eye for what looks good, and create good-looking content
- Constantly review the player experience, our online presence, and ways to improve both
- Be self-sufficient and take ownership of their area of work

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and content editing skills
- Experience with gaming, social platforms, and content creation
- Organized and efficient in structuring feedback or community insights
- Engineering or media background preferred (UI, content editing, or similar experience)
- Passion for video games (we're building games in various genres, RPGs, Combat, Rogue-like, and so on)
- Strong self-management, organizational, and reporting skills
- Familiarity with tools such as: Discord, Canva, Figma, CapCut, AI
