We’re looking for a results-driven, people-focused Commercial Team Leader to manage our acquisition team, drive performance, and shape commercial strategy.

Who You Are
You have leadership experience (min. 6 months) and a passion for helping people grow.
You’re people-oriented and know how to inspire, coach, and empower your team.
You’re results-focused and motivated by impact and measurable outcomes.
You’re hands-on, working side-by-side with your team every day.
You communicate confidently in English (B2+), Italian or Spanish B1+ and thrive in a multicultural setting.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
What You’ll Do
Lead and support a team of 5–7 of prospectors.
Oversee daily operations and ensure commercial objectives are met.
Track KPIs, analyze results, and propose action plans.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate your team toward performance.
