Collateral Evaluation Specialist

Responsibilities:

Preparing verification documents for evaluation reports;
Providing consultancy on preliminary values of assets for pledge/mortgage;
Ensuring alignment between the Department’s internal documents and group-level regulations, as well as current legislation and NBM regulations.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education in technical/economic fields;
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a bank or evaluation company;
Possession of a qualification certificate is recommended;
Analytical skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Open, positive, and tolerant personality;
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and punctuality;
Team spirit;
Knowledge of Romanian, Russian, and English;
PC skills.
