COACH FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM in hosting server maintenance

Job Duties:
- Developing and planning training courses for technical support team members to ensure they are adequately equipped to handle job requirements;
- Conducting training and master classes related to system administration similar to nix and Windows systems: web servers apache, nginx, IIS; mail servers exim, qmail, postfix, IIS SMTP; dns servers bind; ftp servers proftpd,pureftpd, vsftpd, IIS FTP; sql servers in MySQL, MSSQL;
- Conducting training and master classes related to hosting servers administration, utilizing cPanel, ISP Manager, DirectAdmin, Plesk;
- Formulating and conducting effective performance evaluations for assessment of technical support staff abilities.

Job Requirements:
- Experience in system administration similar to nix and Windows systems: web servers apache, nginx, IIS; mail servers exim, qmail, postfix, IIS SMTP; dns servers bind; ftp servers proftpd,pureftpd, vsftpd, IIS FTP; sql servers in MySQL, MSSQL;
- Conduct training and master classes related to hosting servers administration, utilizing cPanel, ISP Manager, DirectAdmin, Plesk;
- Deliver the ability and eagerness to share his knowledgebase with team members;
- Former teaching or coaching experience will be considered an advantage;
- Competency in running presentations;
- Literacy and logic in speaking, good command of English (conversational and written skills).
