Project description
This is a management role with responsibility for the profitability, client satisfaction, operational delivery, growth and development on a small number of key client accounts. The role holder will operate across the Managed Services group, drawing on technical, operational and support resources to deliver to SLA, resolve client issues and conflict, implement improvement processes and drive revenue and profitability of the account(s). The role holder should be entrepreneurial with a strong procedural background, a strong understanding of IT Management and Outsourcing and the ability to recognize and manage risks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the profitability of accounts under management
- Improve Client satisfaction
- Oversee all operational Support and Project delivery
- Seek out improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk
- Manage highly technical virtual and project teams to deliver against client expectations and internal timescales
- Own the individual relationships with key client staff, up to CIO/CTO level
- Contribute to the wider Client Support Group, supporting colleagues in similar positions on other accounts
- Own all client metrics and reporting
- Represent own clients internally. Understand the dynamics of delivering client satisfaction profitably within a framework of processes.
