Moorwand is expanding its Operations Team and is looking for a Client Operations Assistant to support the team in its Chisinau office.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to assist the Head of Client Operations with a variety of operational tasks. The role offers exposure to day-to-day activities across departments and provides the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to team efficiency, issue resolution, and client satisfaction.
Job Description
Work within the company’s ticketing systems, including Jira and Freshdesk
Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with vendors; promptly respond to internal team and client inquiries
Analyze operational issues and suggest improvements to the Manager; assist in the implementation of changes
Investigate and resolve issues raised by internal teams and clients in a professional and timely manner
Handle and document customer and client complaints, including those related to APP fraud, ensuring proper logging and resolution
Ensure that internal documents, data files, and spreadsheets are kept up to date and consistent across departments
Collaborate with various team managers to support the implementation of internal processes and client service improvements
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a fintech or financial services environment
English level B2 or higher, both written and spoken – mandatory
Strong ability to work across teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Fast learner with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and ability to extract essential information from large datasets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
