Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Senior Developer (Laravel + jQuery/SaaS + AI)

About Us
dynares is an AI-powered SaaS platform that automates Google Ads campaigns by generating unique ads and landing pages for every keyword. Our mission is to boost PPC performance and reduce customer acquisition costs for B2B companies.

We are in the early-stage and looking for a hands-on CTO / Laravel Developer to help us build the product from the ground up and take it to a technically excellent, globally competitive level.

The platform is 99% built and is in testing phase, aiming to go live in the next month.

Responsibilities
- Architect and develop the dynares platform (Laravel + jQuery).
- Integrate with external services (Google Ads API, HubSpot, etc.).
- Optimize performance, scalability, and security of the application.
- Define and lead the technical roadmap.
- Build and lead a local development team in Moldova.
- Work closely with the founding team on product, UX, and go-to-market.

Requirements
- Strong experience with Laravel / PHP (3–5+ years).
- Solid knowledge of MySQL / PostgreSQL and database optimization.
- Proven experience with API design & integration (REST, JSON, OAuth2).
- Frontend familiarity: jQuery / Vue.js / React (intermediate level or willingness to collaborate with frontend devs).
- Experience with cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD.
- Understanding of microservices, scalable architectures, multi-tenant SaaS.
- Nice to have: experience with AI/ML integrations or NLP.
- Startup mindset: autonomous, solution-oriented, ownership-driven.
