Chief Security Officer

Allied Testing software company is looking for a Chief Security Officer. The job assumes working in an international team.

Job responsibilities::
- Analysis of effectiveness of internal controls in IT area
- Identification and assessment of key risks within information systems, produce recommendations on risks minimization
- Audit of IT departments for compliance with internal regulations of the company
- IT audit strategy development and audits of the company's information systems
- Producing recommendations for elimination of the identified deficiencies and improvement of internal IT control and consequent follow up on recommendations implementation
- Gap analysis of existing procedures vs Customer's standards and requirements
- Identification of IT Department needs, including specialized training for Department employees
- Ensuring Security Awareness/ security trainings within the company
- Participation in internal IT projects
- Regular procedures (logs review, reports)

Minimal requirements:
- Higher education in audit/information technology field or related
- Knowledge of network topology, information and automation
systems, network security tool and methodologies, Active Directory architecture etc
- Knowledge and understanding of Internal controls, risk management and corporate management
- Knowledge and practice of IT audit techniques
- Knowledge and understanding of international models and standards of internal IT auditing: ISO 17799, ISO 27001, Cobit, ITIL
- Work experience in analysis, optimization, development and implementation of IT standards, Information Security Policy and IT Procedures
- Experience of IT audits in large companies
- Good English reading-writing

Additional requirements:
- Work experience in companies with a developed IT-infrastructure
- Certificates CISA, CISM, CRISC constitute an advantage
- Other professional certificates are also an advantage (CIA, ACCA, QiCA, GSNA, CCNP, MSCE etc)
