What would you do as a Career Advisor?
- Work with developmental experts to help them secure new job opportunities
- Understand experts' career expectations and give advice to leverage their career growth
- Present the CV tailoring service via email, Skype and phone conversations
- Elaborate a Career Center, including writing career advice articles, tips and recommendations for job seekers

 What skills do you need for the job?
- Advanced English – both written and spoken. Additional language skills are an asset.
- Work experience in recruitment/career counselling is an advantage, not a must
- Good communication and negotiation skills, as well as confidence on the phone
- Effective time management skills combined with a hardworking attitude
- Proficient PC user + online research experience
