Cards Administration Manager
(Job Ref: CA M- 1)
I.C.S. Petrom-Moldova S.A. is looking for a full time position of Cards Administration Manager.
Main responsibilities:
• Provide data needed in formulating the medium term/operational strategy of the card business line in the back office department.
• Card systems administration – Entry and changes of master data (based on contracts or formal application forms, e.g. coding page):
o Card activity logging control,
o Block-/Unblock customers/cards (stop list maintenance),
o Transaction processing.
• Card administration, additional, replacement and sequence cards, card deletion, lock / unlock, activation and changes (incl. Fleet Online Services approval overview);
• Customer care:
o Customer contact by phone/fax/e-mail (incl. filling station personnel, etc.),
o Competent processing and trace of customer requests from start to end – solution for customer from one hand. (excl. customer complaints),
o Support process improvement activities to setup standard card processes valid for all assigned countries. Support superior in definition of useful process handling.
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
• Educational requirements: University degree;
• Work experience in similar position: 2 years;
• Languages: Romanian, Russian, English;
• Computer literate;
• Skills of conflict resolution and crisis situations;
• Communicative person, customer-oriented, stress resistant, reliable, independent, dedicated, flexible and with team oriented.
