As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking dedicated Dispatchers who are passionate about the auto-transport sector and eager to contribute within a professional, collaborative environment. Experience in Car Hauling is an advantage but not a strict requirement — we value attitude, adaptability, and the willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the daily activity of assigned trucks (3-car and 5-car haulers);
Communicate clearly and efficiently with drivers and brokers;
Plan and monitor loads to ensure timely and optimal deliveries;
Optimize routes based on traffic, weather, and operational conditions;
Maintain accurate and well-organized records of daily operations.

Candidate Profile:
Previous dispatch experience, preferably in auto transport (Car Hauling);
Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PDF editing tools;
English – intermediate to advanced level, both written and spoken;
Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization abilities;
Calm, adaptable, and able to handle unexpected situations;
Solution-oriented mindset, efficiency, and a strong sense of teamwork.
