Car hauler dispatcher

We are seeking an experienced Car Hauler Dispatcher to join our team. (We only consider dispatchers with experience in car hauler, please do not leave a response if you do not have experience)

The Car Hauler Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the transport of vehicles, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch car hauler drivers for pick-up and delivery of vehicles.

Coordinate with drivers to ensure efficient and on-time deliveries.

Monitor driver routes and provide real-time updates as necessary.

Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues related to transportation.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, driver logs, and client details.

Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations.

Communicate with maintenance and repair teams for any vehicle issues.

Provide outstanding customer service to clients and drivers.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Car Hauler Dispatcher .
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in transportation software and systems.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills.

Salary: $700.00 - $1,500.00 per week
