Call Screening Department Staff

American based travel agency affiliate IQ Labs is hiring staff for positions: Call Screening Department Staff.
The company is offering positions in the dynamically growing sphere of Airline Industry. We need:
- Committed and responsible people that understand English.
- full time/8 hours per day, 5 working days week.
Objectives for Call Screening Department:

1. Screen recorded calls for some detailed information and note it (information includes but not limited to: Type, Geographic/Demographic info of the callers, what campaigns/adds the call is generated.)
2. Recycle leads into lead management system.
3. recycling past callers (last years) into leads - sending emails/offers to give us a call this year.
4. Making sure that agents communicate with clients properly.
