Responsibilities:

Actively contact potential and existing customers
Provide detailed information about the company’s services

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Romanian/ Russian/ English)
Strong customer service orientation
Basic computer skills (MS Office, e-mail)
Previous experience in a call center or sales
