Pedersen & Partners opened an office in Chisinau in 2007. The Call Centre is an internal function, performing tasks for other Pedersen & Partners offices around the world. Pedersen & Partners is now seeking to recruit OPERATORS for our Call Centre.
Positions available are full time 8:00-17:00 and part time 17:00-21:00 from Monday through Friday.
Role:
- Data input in client relationship management tool (CRM);
- Obtain data on potential clients and candidates;
- Verify, modify and codify current information in CRM;
- Gather data about companies and executives by phone calling; searching the Internet, and other media monitoring;
- Execution of mass mailings; as well as the preparation of various internal documents;
- Preparing drafts of reports.
Profile:
- Excellent communication and social skills;
- Fluent spoken and written English, other language skills are a benefit such as: German, Turkish, Arabic, Polish and Asian languages;
- Excellent computer and phone skills;
- Enjoy working in an international environment;
- Hardworking and committed to delivering results;
- Detail oriented;
- Highly self-motivated and able to operate autonomously when necessary;
- Highest possible ethical and professional standards.
