A strong sales agent needs to be creative. He or she should be able to come up with workable solutions for any problems thrown their way. It’s important that they’re creative because it’ll help them meet caller’s needs in the best way possible for both the company and the customer.They should work quickly without sacrificing the quality of their work.

Here at Evelex, we are currently looking for talented Outbound Call Centre Operator/Agent to assist with our expanding workload/workforce. We are based in Moldova Chishinau.

We are a Business to Consumer operation with outbound calls to customers gauging an interest in our programs and offer.This is an excellent opportunity to progress your call center career industry working within a fun, fast paced and vibrant office.

It is essential for this role to have previous experience in a telesales / contact centre and target orientated background.


Duties will include:

·Building a rapport with customers

·Checking customer details over the phone

·Going through qualifying criteria to assess suitability

·Establishing which products are of interest to the customer

·Updating and maintaining details of calls on the relevant systems



Successful applicants will have:

- Previous experience in similar roles

- Competency with computer based systems including Word & Excel
