Language
In our Chisinau call-center, operators receive calls from clients in Sweden, and our working language is always Swedish. That is why the employment at Samres begins with an intensive language training, with a duration of about 7 months.

Resources
The training is free of charge, as well as all course material, books etc. Our company offers each participant a monthly allowance of 1500 MDL during the intensive language course. Those who reach our target level of Swedish will be offered employment with a competitive salary. The training takes place in Chisinau.

Requirements
– High aptitude for language learning
– Good knowledge of English (applicants will have to pass our English language test before further consideration)
– excellent speaking/listening skills, and a sociable, extrovert personality
– preferably with academic background in foreign languages

The Swedish training should be considered a full, day time occupation, not to be combined with other work etc.
