Language
In our Chisinau call-center, operators receive calls from clients in Sweden and book transportations on a computer. Our clients speak Swedish, so the working language is always Swedish. That is why the employment at Samres begins with an intensive language training, with a duration of about 7 months.

Resources
The training is free of charge, as well as all course material, books etc. Our company offers each student a monthly allowance of 1300 MDL during the course, to facilitate the student’s financial situation. Those who reach our target level of Swedish will be offered employment with a competitive salary. Both the language training and subsequent employment take place in Chisinau.

Requirements
We look for people with above average aptitude for language learning. Very good knowledge of English is necessary for taking part in the course, and applicants will have to pass our English language test before further consideration. We prefer applicants with excellent speaking/listening skills, and with an academic background in foreign languages. The Swedish training should be considered a full, day time occupation, not to be combined with other activities.
