Ideal Candidate:
- The ideal applicant should have strong communication and managing abilities, open minded, oriented to solving problems specific to a sales team. Distributive attention and observing turn of mind will be an advantage.
- Experience in telemarketing - call center.
- Fluency in Romanian, Russian, English.
- Computer literacy (MS Office a must).
- Ability to work in shifts to manage a large sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a large sales team for which you have to be a model.
- Creating a positive and competitive environment between the agents to obtain the best results.
- Organizing telemarketing activities by establishing working schedule and supervising the sales team.
- Motivating and making each agent accomplish his target and help him to succeed.
- Managing collected data, regarding clients and market.
- Rendering reports.
- Recruiting, training by managing the recruitment activities and constant improvement of the stuff’s skills.
