We are a US based company looking for call agents with very good English skills who can communicate in English with our customers and use our custom software for booking and scheduling our clients. Previous experience in a call center a plus but not necessary. We will provide training. Must be able to work in US time (9-6 EST) and have own transportation.
You will be responsible for answering phone calls from potential customers, present our services to the potential clients, answering any questions, and signing them up for our services. It is a must to be able to work together in a team environment to ensure callers receive a positive experience in phoning our company.
