Business/systems analyst

Job Description :
The appropriate candidate will join a structured team of highly qualified professionals and will have the following responsibilities:
(i) Business Analysis and Modelling;
(ii) Requirements Analysis and System Definition;
(iii) Data Analysis and Modelling;
(iv) Process and System integration;
CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Required Skills:

• A degree in Computer Science or other relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in Analysis and Integration of information systems.
• Proven experience in structured methodologies and technologies, preferably RUP and SOMA.
• In depth knowledge of BPMN, UML, Use-Case specifications, Non-Functional Requirements specification and Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA).
• Very good knowledge of data analysis and data modelling.
• Good knowledge of XML/XSD technologies is required.
• Proven knowledge in Business Process Analysis, Design and integration.
• Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments.
• Excellent command of the English, Romanian and Russian languages (written & verbal).

Desired Skills:
• Post graduate degree in Computer Science or other relevant discipline.
• Knowledge of BPEL and/or BPM standards will be considered as an asset.
