Business/systems analyst

Job Description :

The appropriate candidate will join a structured team of highly qualified professionals and will have the following responsibilities:

(i) Business Analysis and Modelling;

(ii) Requirements Analysis and System Definition;

(iii) Data Analysis and Modelling;

(iv) Process and System integration;

CANDIDATE PROFILE:



Required Skills:



A degree in Computer Science or other relevant discipline.
At least 5 years of proven experience in Analysis and Integration of information systems.
Proven experience in structured methodologies and technologies, preferably RUP and SOMA.
In depth knowledge of BPMN, UML, Use-Case specifications, Non-Functional Requirements specification and Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA).
Very good knowledge of data analysis and data modelling.
Good knowledge of XML/XSD technologies is required.
Proven knowledge in Business Process Analysis, Design and integration.
Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments.
Excellent command of the English and Russian languages (written & verbal).



Desired Skills:

Post graduate degree in Computer Science or other relevant discipline.
Knowledge of BPEL and/or BPM standards will be considered as an asset.
