Business process analyst

HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, an international company is looking for candidates to fill the position of:

Business Process Analyst

Company:
A leading international tobacco product manufacturer.

Position Purpose:
•She/he has thorough understanding of business processes and information systems, as well as good understanding of infrastructure landscape.
•The position holder works side by side with Business from understanding and defining the requirements, through defining or customizing the solution and provides meaningful insights for business decisions.
•She/he supports the delivered solutions during their life-cycle and continuously monitors their performance vs. set KPIs.

The successful candidate should have:

•University degree
•Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Analysis (ideally within FMCG industry – Sales, Trade Marketing field)
•Knowledge of FMCG Sales and Distribution process specifics;
•Mandatory proficiency in MS Office with focus on Access and Excel (macros development an advantage);
•Experience in managing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions and/or Understanding of Relational Databases represents an advantage;
•Fluent in written and spoken English, Romanian;
•Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
•Very good communication and organization skills
•Team player and proactive attitude
