Business Line BPO Responsible

Job description:
Pentalog Chisinau recruits a responsible of our Business Line BPO (Call Center, Content Management) Communication.

You will have a double role:

1. Commercial/Marketing:
- To promote the Pentalog Group in a general way (via participation at living rooms, conferences, meetings etc.);
- To follow the existing customers and to work out commercial propositions;
- To launch Marketing campaigns.

2. Production:
- To control the projects of the BL;
- To manage the production of the BL (to follow the volume, the value, the productivity etc.);
- To follow the quality within the BL.

Requirements:
- People Management
- Ability to use different management tools (Excel, applications etc.)
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience in the BPO production
