Business Development Manager

Company:
A branch of international company based in Moldova (technology sphere).
The main purpose of the position: to create and implement business plan and business strategy in area of increasing sales and customer base in Moldova.

Main Areas of Responsibility:
To identify and develop business opportunities (customers, projects) in public and/or private sectors with emphasis on utilities sector;
To identify and develop local business partnerships;
To acquire customers and build long term relationships with them;
To define and continuously adapt offerings for the local market based on understanding of changing client needs and product/solution offering of the company;
To cooperate with the regional and teams based aboard to develop and execute projects;
To respect corporate processes and rules of the company;
To assimilate responsibilities for achievement of the commercial goals and results.

Requirements:
Previous experience in sales of IT solutions or technological solutions;
University education in technical/economical field;
Experience in sales to companies in utilities sector is an advantage
Fluency in Russian, Romanian and English (both written & verbal);
Established contacts with potential: business partners, clients from private and/or public sectors
Good overall knowledge of IT solutions and services
Good knowledge of key competitors, present and future projects
Very good communication and negotiation skills
Results oriented, reliable, independent
Proactive and initiative personality
