Business Development Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years in a product management, business ownership, or strategic growth role
Experience with AdTech / MarTech products or privacy-related technologies (CMPs, CDPs, DMPs)
Deep understanding of GDPR, CCPA, IAB TCF, and data privacy landscape
Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products to multiple markets
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy
English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take end-to-end ownership of the CMP product: from vision to execution
Define and implement the product development strategy, aligned with business goals
Build product strategy, team structure, and operational processes from the ground up
Drive market expansion — identify opportunities and lead product rollout across multiple regions and verticals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Legal, Marketing, Sales) to deliver value
Analyze user needs, regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, TCF, etc.), and market trends
Develop and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery and long-term vision
Build strong relationships with partners, clients, and regulatory bodies where applicable
Monitor product KPIs and continuously optimize value proposition, adoption, and monetization
Represent the product in strategic discussions and support decision-making at the company level

WOULD BE A PLUS:

Experience with SaaS platforms, B2B clients, and/or publisher-side tools
Knowledge of consent UX best practices, tag management, and user segmentation
Understanding of legal-tech, reg-tech, or compliance-related solutions
Prior startup or scale-up experience
