Position: Business Development Assistant
Location: Remote or Hybrid
Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are a multi-channel fashion wholesale company operating across B2B wholesale, marketplace, and social commerce channels. We are looking for a Business Development Assistant to research, identify, and engage potential clients and partners for our business.
Your goal is to build a continuous pipeline of qualified prospects across our channels, helping our Business Development and Sales teams focus on relationship building and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify new potential B2B partners across: e-commerce, marketplace and social commerce channels.
Use LinkedIn, Apollo and other sources to find leads and contacts.
Create and maintain organized lead lists segmented by channel or project.
Conduct outreach across email, LinkedIn, Telegram, and manage cold email sequences and follow-ups to introduce the company and validate interest.
Work closely with our Business Development and Sales Managers.
Maintain lead data, notes, and statuses in CRM or spreadsheets.
Support the setup of discovery calls by scheduling meetings for senior sales staff.
Prepare weekly lead generation reports with key metrics.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in lead generation, research, or sales support.
Experience using prospecting tools
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple channel projects in cycles.
Familiarity with e-commerce, fashion, or wholesale industry is a plus.
