Business Area Sales Manager for North region

Responsibilities:
Manages a portfolio of POS in the region
Creates and develops sales channels in the region
Opens, upgrades, closes points of sales according to the development policy in sales department
Is accountable for the efficiency of points of sales
Produces analysis on competition in the region
Represents Orange Moldova in all points of sales and for local authorities in the business area
Motivates and engages the sales personnel in the points of sales
Organizes local promotions and provides feed back and analysis on it

Requirements:
University degree
Knowledge of sales techniques
Knowledge of Moldovan professional and mass markets
Expertise and experience in Moldovan distribution channels
1-2 years of experience in the sales of high value added products would be an advantage
Experience in telecommunications or mobile sectors would be an advantage
Negotiation skills
Romanian, Russian and English required, French welcome
PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point)
