Business analyst

SRL Rodac-Info, a software company is looking for a Business Analyst, willing to take responsibility and help the company develop. A perfect candidate would have experience in Management /Affairs and experience in IT Project Management.
Job Description:
• Communicate with customers and define system requirements
• Map out system requirements and plan the project according to internal project management procedures
• Handle day-to-day communication and operational aspects of the project and scope
• Perform periodic reports, complying with company processes
• Participate in constant improvement of the internal processes
Required skills:
• Experience in IT project management
• Experience in business analysis, modeling and implementation is a great advantage
• Excellent English knowledge (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of project planning tools and case management tools
• Familiar with different project managing techniques
Expected knowledge and abilities:
• System thinking, deep understanding of systems logic
• Excellent communication skills, ability to stay focused on a subject
• Critical thinking and good problem solving skills
• Great planning skills and self-organizing abilities
• Ability to work under pressure
