Business Analyst

We’re looking for a curious, proactive Business Analyst who dives deep into the business structure to understand and gather insights about the processes and requirements of the client. In this role, you’ll apply your knowledge and experience to analyze the entire system, business processes, key performance indicators and framing, maintaining up-to-date crucial documents. You’ll be constantly in the situation to come up with original insights and keep being the person who’s looking to assume ownership, voice your ideas, and see them come to life. In this role, you’re going to create user flows and diagrams, and manage JIRA tickets throughout their full lifecycle.

What you’ll do:

Analyze and document client requests in detail, translating them into clear business and functional requirements, while identifying dependencies and potential impacts on the current system design
Define end-to-end flows, including payment flows and third-party provider integrations, internal processing, and exception handling
Identify dependencies across systems and ensure alignment between all integrated services
Evaluate the impact of new requirements on existing modules, integrations, and business logic
Collaborating closely with Product, Dev, QA teams to align on expected outcomes, and to clarify edge cases, validation rules
Create and maintain diagrams, user flows, and system interaction maps to visualize platform behavior
Maintain a structured, well-documented knowledge base for ongoing projects, and defining flows (payment flows, 3rd-party integrations, etc.)
Managing JIRA stories, epics, and tasks to ensure accurate implementation tracking
Support the Product Owner in backlog organization and sprint readiness by ensuring that all stories, subtasks, and epics are properly documented and kept up to date through delivery

What we’re looking for:

Previous work experience as Business Analyst for 1-3 years
Good knowledge of business analysis practices, techniques
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, structured approach
Strong ownership of deliverables and documentation quality
Clear communicator who can bridge the gap between business and technical perspectives
Comfortable adapting to shifting or evolving priorities
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
Fluent in written and spoken English
